WOLF SPORTS is proud to be supporting the 2027 Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour, with a record-breaking opening day providing an exciting demonstration of how technology can transform the way motorsport events are entered and managed.
A remarkable 97 entries were submitted within the first six hours of entries opening, comprehensively surpassing the 57 entries received on the opening day for the 2026 event.
The response was immediate.
Within just one minute, 34 entries had been submitted through WOLF SPORTS. Within less than half an hour, 72 submissions had been received — equivalent to the ultimate capacity of the Bathurst 6 Hour grid — before the number climbed to 90 by midday.
For WOLF SPORTS, the numbers tell only part of the story.
Behind every submission, event organisers were receiving the competitors, vehicle and entry information required to begin managing the event — live, structured and accessible through one platform.
It is exactly what WOLF SPORTS has been built to achieve.
WOLF SPORTS is building a new way for competitors, organisers and sporting organisations to manage participation.

The Bathurst 6 Hour entry launch demonstrated that capability at significant scale.
While competitors were able to move quickly through the entry process, organisers could watch submissions arrive in real time and immediately access the information required to begin assessment, administration and event documentation.
Bathurst 6 Hour Category Manager Charise Bristow said watching the opening unfold through WOLF SPORTS highlighted just how significant the platform's capabilities could be for event organisers.

Watching the entries come through in real time was impressive. Within seconds of entries opening, we could watch them being submitted, along with all the competitor and vehicle information we need to start working through the entry and approval process
We had more than 30 entries land in the first minute. From an organiser’s perspective, being able to capture that level of information so quickly, rather than having to manually process it all, makes a huge difference
We now have more than 100 potential entries, and being able to see exactly where everything is at, what information has been provided and what is still outstanding makes managing the process so much easier

For competitors, that means building a profile where key information can be maintained and used across events, reducing the need to repeatedly start from scratch each time they enter.
For organisers, it means moving away from fragmented entry forms, spreadsheets and disconnected administration towards a central environment where entries and event information can be managed as they happen.
And the vision extends beyond motorsport.
WOLF SPORTS is developing infrastructure designed to support events and participants across multiple sporting disciplines, connecting participants, organisers and events through technology that can grow alongside the industries it serves.
The Bathurst 6 Hour opening provides an exciting example of what that future can look like.
While 97 submissions were received within the opening six hours, submission of an entry does not automatically guarantee a place on the 2027 Bathurst 6 Hour grid.
The Bathurst 6 Hour has a rigorous entry selection process, with each submission individually assessed against the event's criteria by an entry list panel before successful applicants are formally notified.
The race has an ultimate grid capacity of 72 cars, with eligible entries outside the final field able to be invited to join a reserve list that can remain active through to the event.
Entries remain open until 16 December 2026.
